Terms & Conditions

Please note a £10 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Your £10 booking fee with then be deducted from your bill on the day of your appointment. You can pay for the remainder of your treatment with cash or bank transfer at the time of your appointment only.

 

I understand you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment at times, however it is kindly requested that you give me at least 24 hours notice when doing so.

 

Failure to provide sufficient notice (outside 24hrs) or simply not turning up (a 'no show') will result in the loss of your booking fee.

 

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, I'll do my best to keep your appointment but if there is a client booked in straight after you then anything over 15 minutes late will be classed as a 'no show' and you will lose your booking fee. You will also need to make a new appointment at a different time.

 

I strive to provide you with the best service possible for each and every visit however I ask if you are unhappy for any reason to kindly let me know before you pay or within 48 hours of when your treatment was carried out.

 

Refunds will not be given but I will repair my work free of charge if you raise your concerns within 48 hours post treatment providing you have followed the correct aftercare instructions given during your appointment. Please note this does not mean I can necessarily fit you in within 48 hours and will be dependent on what availability I have at the time. I will try and fit you in as quickly as possible.

 

Please ensure you arrive at your appointment alone. I'm afraid children cannot accompany you to your appointment. My work will be carried out on over 18s only unless I've spoken to their parent/guardian and gained written consent first.
